We will initiate a return or refund if an item is received damaged, you receive the wrong item or an item was missing from you order, please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receipt to initiate a return. Be sure to include your order number in the email. Photos are always hepful as well.
We will do our best to replace or exchange an item. Some items do sell out and in that case, we will provide a refund or exchange for a different item.
If a package is lost, does not arrive on time or is damaged by the shipping service, we can attempt to file a claim with the shipping service but be aware that shippers require a minimum of 2 weeks or more from the date shipped before a lost package claim can be filed. This can delay reshipping and/or refunds as the shipping service often takes 2 weeks or more to provide a refund.
Thanks for your patience and understanding. We are also at the mercy of the shippers and hope for quick, seamless deliveries.
For our gently used/garage sale/closet clean out items:
Anything purchased in any of our used sales is USED. Items may not include original packaging etc but will be described as best as possible but it is a second hand item and is therefore sold as-is. Not returns or refunds on any secondhand/used/clearance items. Thanks for your understanding.
